Ruqelo is designed for clinicians. We do not store patient-identifiable information from your clinical notes. Generated content exists in your browser session and is not retained on our servers after your session ends.
Account data
When you create an account, we store your email, Clerk user ID, and trial usage counts in Supabase to manage your subscription and free trial limits.
AI processing
Clinical text you submit is sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) solely to generate your requested output. Do not enter identifiable patient data unless your organisation's policies permit it.
