Select your specialty and language in the top bar.

Choose Generate Note mode, paste rough clinical notes, and press Generate or Ctrl+Enter.

The AI produces a structured note in your chosen format (ED, SOAP, SBAR, etc.).

Ruqelo supports 14+ medical specialties. Each specialty uses tailored prompts and reference textbooks.

Change specialty from the pill at the top of the chat — your conversation scope updates automatically.

Notes and opinions can be generated in 11 languages including Arabic, Chinese, and Urdu.

Use the flag selector top-right or press Ctrl+L to change language.

Emergency Medicine uses a dedicated ED template with PMH, PSH, Allergies, HPI, and consultant-level closure.

Select ED Format from the format dialog when starting a new note session.

Click the microphone in the composer to dictate rough notes. Transcription is powered by OpenAI.

For doctor-to-AI conversation, switch to Voice Consult mode in the top bar.

Opinions automatically search PubMed, OpenFDA, RxNorm, and medical reference texts.

Attach clinical images or PDFs via the + menu in the composer.

Supported formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, and DOCX for context in clinical opinions.

Doctor and Doctor + Voice plans unlock unlimited notes, opinions, and voice consults.
